Kevin W. Egan is a versatile performer, educator, and administrator based in New Jersey. He recently completed an eight-month contract with RWS Entertainment touring the Caribbean as a dueling pianist aboard the MSC Seashore. His regional theatre credits include Arizona Broadway Theatre (Jerry Lee Lewis in Million Dollar Quartet, and The Beast in Beauty and the Beast), Titusville Playhouse (Gerry Goffin in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical) and Centenary Stage Company (The Beast in Beauty and the Beast, Pontius Pilate in Jesus Christ Superstar, and Man #2 in I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change). He also performed as Cowboy Bob in Rand Productions/MGM Beau Rivage’s Footloose, one of the first book musical productions at an MGM casino. In addition to his performance work, Kevin recently taught music theatre courses and directed HAIR at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin, where he also received his Masters of Music in Music Theatre Vocal Pedagogy. He is currently signed with Stalwart Talent Management.

Prior to receiving his M.M, Kevin graduated magna cum laude from Elon University with degrees in Arts Administration and Music, as well as minors in Theatre Studies and Political Science. He also previously received training from the College Light Opera Company, the Fordham University Musical Theatre Intensive with Julie Boyd and David Loud, and the Universty of Michigan’s MPulse Theatre & Drama Academy. On the administrative side, Kevin developed his arts leadership skills while working for institutions like the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey and Kids of the Arts NYC.

Kevin has enjoyed working on varied creative projects, including a workshop musical by playwright and composer E. Elizabeth titled Angels Everywhere, a concert production of The Crossing and the Ten Crucial Days by Jason Alexander Huza and John Allen Watts, and staged readings with The Growing Stage and the Holmdel Theatre Company where he portrayed leading characters. As a music director, Kevin directed The Lightning Thief with the Centenary Stage Company. He also produced a cabaret titled And Now Back to the Show with North Star Theater Company and the album Cover Art by Smooth Progressions A Cappella, which can be found on most music streaming platforms. He offers private voice instruction and utilizes a multi-style approach that emphasizes both technique and expression, helping students build vocal flexibility and storytelling skills all at once. 

In his downtime, Kevin is an avid reader, writer, and tabletop roleplaying game master. He firmly believes in the transformative powers of expression and seeks to share this passion with others. Kevin is always looking forward to his next artistic endeavor and hopes to work on new, exciting, and challenging material.
